Narciso Rodriguez for Kohls - Part 9 (Dress as a Top)

My closet rule for dresses is they have to be  worn as a dress, a skirt and a top.
So one piece easily yields 3 distinct outfits!

Case in point:  This Narciso Rodriguez for Kohls dress with assymetrical neckline that
 I recently wore here and now worn as a top in this post. 

One word of caution though when wearing a dress as a top:  Make sure the dress hemline is secured and won't show!   A few safety pins should do just the trick.
