Zumba!


What I gained:
- a LOT of energy
- NEW friends
- a TON of fun
- LEARNED samba, salsa, merengue and cha cha!

What I lost:
- !!! 21 pounds of body fat !!!
- total of 5 inches around my waist, hips and legs!

  3. Wow, isn´t that nice especially the 5 ins. off around the waist? I´d love to do the Zumba too! :)
