Narciso Rodriguez for Kohls (Part 16) - Frenzied State of Temps

  Open-toed booties is the perfect solution when your feet suffers from  weather-induced bipolar affective disorder.    You know when  your ankles feel cold but your toes feel warm!

   
It's the perfect choice of footwear for this week's temps -- a frenzied state  alternating between winter and spring.      Did I mention it's already May?  May!  
      This weather is not good for my sanity. But rather than taking mood stabilizing medications,  I go for one treatment I know works for sure -- shopping!  After a few shirts, pants and this one lovely Halston Heritage number, I'm as happy as the sun again!
  And if the weather continues like this, my next purchase would be a turtleneck sleeveless cropped top -- for when my neck is cold but my arms and abs feel hot!
